There's a ton of paperwork that goes into completing a deal whether it's a purchase or a sale. Agents often spend hours sitting behind a desk, manually reviewing and prepping paperwork for their clients to sign. Real estate is extremely time sensitive and agents cannot be land-locked at a desk.
